Pastors Bruce and Rotoya Goodwin are the founders and Lead Pastors of LIGHT CITY Church. With great zeal and genuine love for people, Bruce and Rotoya have led many souls to Christ over their 18 years of ministry experience. Prior to founding LIGHT CITY, they both served at Edified Christian Ministries as Assistant Pastors, and were leaders in a thriving college campus ministry.
Pastors Bruce and Rotoya believe that God desires to awaken the hearts of this generation through His Word and His Presence, and LIGHT CITY Church was birthed out of this desire. The Pastors share the passion to see this generation encounter God, experience freedom in Jesus Christ, and walk in their God-given purposes.
Bruce and Rotoya have been friends since 2001, and were married in 2013. They share a growing, rich history of love and commitment. Bruce and Rotoya reside in Prince George’s County, MD and are proud parents of two sons, Malachi & Isaiah.
